Comprehensive service managed by Nasertic for the design, organisation, and execution of training programmes in Navarra on basic digital skills and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. These initiatives, promoted by different departments of the Government of Navarra, aim to foster knowledge and digital literacy across various sectors of the population, covering the entire project cycle from content creation to final evaluation. The service includes different in‑person training programmes in all localities of Navarra, facilitating access to training in the participant’s closest environment.

The programmes are aimed at a broad spectrum of citizens in Navarra, ranging from the general public to students in educational centres, with special attention to groups at risk of digital divide. The training offer is flexible and covers a wide range of topics, from basic digital initiation to advanced concepts such as Artificial Intelligence. All content and sessions are adapted to the specific needs, age, and level of each group, and are available in Spanish and Basque.

The technological model is flexible and adapts to the context of each action. For localities that lack infrastructure, a system of “mobile classrooms” is deployed, providing all the necessary IT equipment.

In other cases, the programmes use the existing technological resources of collaborating entities, such as educational centres. In all scenarios, Nasertic focuses on the development and adaptation of digital training content and management tools.

The implementation of this initiative is supported by two fundamental pillars. On the one hand, teaching is delivered by a network of more than 50 expert professionals who use teaching materials jointly developed by the DGTD, CNAI, and Nasertic.

On the other hand, the logistics of the mobile classrooms are managed by the company CONATEL, selected through a public tender. Under Nasertic’s coordination, CONATEL is responsible for the complete setup of the equipment in the room before each course and its dismantling once it has finished.
