The Government of Navarra offers citizens two Citizen Service Offices, one in Pamplona and another in Tudela, both fully accessible. 

These Offices work to promote a more agile, efficient, understandable, approachable, and accessible Administration. 

In both Offices, we provide you with information about the services offered by the Government of Navarra. ​​

We are a registration entity, meaning we collect the documentation you wish to submit to any Administration.​​

We help you create and use your digital identity. Digital identity is the key for carrying out online procedures with public administrations.​​

We help you carry out procedures online.​​

We receive and send your complaints and suggestions regarding the Regional Administration of Navarra.​​

We listen to your proposals and inform the different departments of the Government of Navarra about areas that could be improved.​​

Bilingual assistance in Spanish or Basque.​

Citizens who want to obtain information and carry out procedures and formalities with Public Administrations.
