The Mobile Office will bring the Income Tax service to several towns across Navarre
The Navarre Revenue Service will expand its in‑person service offices during the upcoming Income and Wealth Tax Campaign. To do so, it will use the Government of Navarre’s Mobile Citizen Service Office for the first time, which will remain for several weeks in different towns across the Chartered Community.
The first town to host this pilot experience will be Sangüesa / Zangoza. Between April 27 and May 15, the Mobile Income Tax Office will be located in this municipality. From May 18 to June 5 it will be stationed in San Adrián, and it will conclude the campaign in Altsasu / Alsasua, from June 8 to June 25.
Thus, the tax return filing service is added to those that the Mobile Citizen Service Office already offers since its creation. For its part, the Navarre Revenue Service expands the tax return preparation service it makes available to the public every year and, at the same time, brings its service model closer to citizens who do not live in towns where a Revenue Office exists: Pamplona / Iruña, Tudela, Estella‑Lizarra, Tafalla and Doneztebe / Santesteban; thereby avoiding a large number of trips.
People who choose to file their return at the Mobile Income Tax Office will be able to book an appointment just as they would for an in‑person appointment. To do so, they must call 948 505 505 or, if they prefer to book their appointment online, they will simply need to select the town they are interested in from the options enabled on the website renta.navarra.es.
A more comprehensive range of services
The 2025 Income and Wealth Tax Campaign will begin on April 9 and end on June 25. The available filing methods will be the same as in recent campaigns: online filing, telephone filing, and in‑person filing, which includes the Mobile Income Tax Office.
In addition, as has been the case for years, the Navarre Revenue Service will send a proposed tax return to a large number of taxpayers, who will only need to check whether they agree with the result. If so, they must verify their bank account number, and if they do not agree, they can book an appointment to file the return through any of the available channels.
People who wish to carry out online procedures related to the Navarre Revenue Service must log in using a Digital Certificate or electronic DNI, via Cl@ve, or by entering their DNI and Revenue PIN.
