Nasertic’s analytical laboratory is equipped with specialised instruments and highly experienced technical staff in providing analytical services related to food safety (control, detection, and quantification of components, contaminants, pathogens, quality parameters, or food fraud, etc.). Its objective is to provide analytical support that guarantees and certifies that food products intended for consumption comply with current legislation, protect consumer health, and support the food industry in meeting national and international standards. Nasertic is working to increase the number of services included within the scope of accreditation under the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
The analytical services aimed at food safety provided by Nasertic are:
Detection of pesticides, mycotoxins, medicines, hormones, etc.
Detection of heavy metals in food

Analysis of fiber, proteins, etc.
Detection of animal-origin proteins by microscopy

Certification and development of new analytical procedures
In addition to analytical support, Nasertic participates in intercomparison, control, and calibration programmes and shares recommendations with collaborators so that quality systems, traceability, and sample custody become more robust every day.
The analytical offering is constantly evolving to address new needs arising from technological changes, regulatory requirements, or emerging demands from different institutions.

The service is aimed at any institution requiring robust and validated analytical support for the identification and quantification of compounds in products intended for human or animal consumption: public control bodies, agricultural and livestock producers, food industries, and other laboratories.
Consumers in general, who consume safe and high‑quality food, preventing intoxications, allergies, and fraud; control and health authorities, who rely on accurate reports to prevent risks, propose sanctions, and manage alerts.
