Citizen Services – Mobile Office

The Mobile Citizen Service Office is a mobile and accessible space. 
 Its purpose is to bring Government services closer to towns in Navarra with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. 

This service is part of the 1st Action Plan for the Open Government Partnership (OGP). The Mobile Office is a model for engaging with citizens based on: 

  • Proximity.
  • Proactivity.
  • Listening.
  • Accessibility.
  • Inclusion. 

The goal of the Mobile Office is to achieve a more agile, clear, accessible, and user‑friendly Administration. 

In the Mobile Office you can: 

  • Receive information about the services of the Government of Navarra.
  • Register documents you wish to submit to any Administration.
  • Create and use your digital identity, a key tool for carrying out online procedures.
  • Carry out online procedures with assistance from the office staff.
  • Submit complaints and suggestions regarding the Regional Administration of Navarra.
  • Share improvement proposals, which are forwarded to Government departments.
  • Receive assistance in Spanish or Basque. 

Additionally, the Mobile Office is flexible and adapts to the needs of any department of the Government of Navarra.

  • Hearing loop for deaf people with hearing aids.
  • SVisual service for Spanish Sign Language (LSE).
  • Audio descriptions using the NaviLens application.
  • Videos in Spanish Sign Language (LSE). 

  • Data Processing Centre.
  • Servers to manage information and services.
  • Dedicated Internet access.
  • LAN network with structured cabling.
  • Telephone exchanges.
