We offer a comprehensive service to drive digital transformation in public organisations in Navarre, structured around two main lines of action:

  • Strategic Planning: We design and coordinate tailored strategic and action plans. We define a roadmap with a medium‑ and long‑term vision, establishing concrete milestones, indicators and timelines to guide modernisation. This strategy is framed within different pillars such as Training, Technological Infrastructures, Cybersecurity, Innovation, etc.

  • Project Execution: We develop specific digitalisation projects based on the requests received from the different Departments of the Government of Navarre.

The ultimate goal is to modernise processes, optimise resources and improve the citizen experience through the effective use of technology.

  • Government of Navarre and its departments: We have a specialised team for the on‑demand execution of their digitalisation projects.

  • Citizens and local entities: They benefit from the final outcome, gaining access to more efficient, accessible and modern public services.

  • Public Companies: They receive support to develop their digitalisation plans, in line with the strategy defined by their parent company, CPEN.

For the definition and execution of the projects, the service relies on a solid technological ecosystem:

  • Tools: Digital diagnostic tools, platforms for project management and monitoring, collaborative solutions and analytics systems are used to measure results.

  • Infrastructure: The service is optionally supported by Data Processing Centers (CPD), servers and secure networks that ensure the proper hosting and interconnection of digital services.

Public administrations and entities of Navarre, including Departments of the Government of Navarre, Local Entities, Public Companies and other bodies.

For the execution of the plans and projects, collaboration is carried out with companies specialised in digital transformation, which contribute their expertise both in the field of strategic consulting and in the implementation of technological solutions.
