The Mobile Citizen Services Office has assisted more than 6,300 people in Navarre

The Government of Navarre’s Mobile Citizen Services Office, promoted by the Department of the Presidency and Equality, has already assisted 6,369 people since its launch in March 2025 and has carried out 8,381 procedures during its visits to 76 municipalities across the Chartered Community, consolidating its role as a local service that brings the Administration closer to citizens, especially in rural areas.

From 31 August onwards, the Mobile Office will resume its tour of Navarre and, in addition to its regular services, Citizen Services and Housing, will incorporate a new initiative directly linked to the territory. During September, it will provide information on the draft Regional Law against Depopulation and for Rural Development, recently presented in Unzué / Untzue by the President of Navarre, María Chivite Navascués, and will host five participatory sessions in the localities it visits.

This new role expands the function of the Mobile Office: in addition to bringing public services closer to local communities, it will also serve as a channel for bringing public participation processes and policymaking closer to rural residents.

The sessions will allow citizens to learn about the content and scope of the draft law and to contribute their views, gathering input directly from the territory. This initiative will complement the participation channels established by the Departments of Territorial Cohesion and Rural Development and Environment during the legislative process for the future law.

The Mobile Office itself represents one of the objectives pursued by the future legislation: guaranteeing access to public services regardless of place of residence and ensuring that living in a rural municipality does not require travelling in order to interact with the Administration.

More than 6,300 people assisted in 76 municipalities

The accumulated activity data reflect the consolidation of the Mobile Office as an in-person public service resource. To date, the service has assisted 6,369 people in 76 municipalities and carried out a total of 8,381 procedures.

A significant part of its activity relates to providing information and guidance to citizens, with 3,106 assistance interactions, as well as facilitating access to the digital identification systems required to interact electronically with the Administration.

Specifically, the service has completed 2,099 Cl@ve registrations, 1,697 procedures related to obtaining a certificate through the application, and 242 Digital Certificate accreditations. In addition, the Mobile Office has provided 844 instances of support for online procedures and completed 394 document registrations.

These figures demonstrate the service’s dual role: on the one hand, physically bringing the Administration closer to local communities and, on the other, supporting citizens in accessing digital public services by providing the tools and knowledge needed to complete procedures independently.

The new route will begin in Eratsun, where the Mobile Office will remain from 31 August to 4 September. It will then visit Ancín / Antzin from 7 to 11 September; Buñuel from 14 to 18 September; Sansoain from 21 to 25 September; and Isaba / Izaba from 28 September to 2 October.

A closer and more accessible Administration

The Mobile Citizen Services Office is an initiative of the Department of the Presidency and Equality, developed in collaboration with the public company NASERTIC, to bring public services closer to citizens and facilitate access to the Administration, with particular attention to smaller municipalities.

The service allows residents to obtain information on Government of Navarre services, programmes and grants; manage digital identification tools such as Cl@ve and the Digital Certificate; receive support for completing online procedures; register documentation; and access other citizen service resources.

Through its itinerant presence across the territory, the Mobile Office seeks to provide a close, accessible and personalised service, reducing travel requirements and making it easier for citizens to interact with the Administration from their own locality.
