The Mobile Office is offering specialized housing information this summer in Alsasua, Cabanillas, Corella, Peralta, Lumbier, Cintruénigo, and Elizondo.

The Government of Navarre’s Mobile Citizen Service Office will bring in-person, specialized housing information to seven municipalities in Navarre this summer. After its recent stay in Altasu/Alsasua, it will visit Cabanillas (June 29 to July 3), Corella (July 6 to 12), Peralta/Azkoien (July 13 to 17), Lumbier (July 20 to 24), Cintruénigo (July 27 to 31), and Elizondo (from August 3 onward).

The aim of this service is to make it easier for citizens to complete procedures or resolve queries in a close, agile, and personalized way, bringing the regional administration to every corner of Navarre and avoiding unnecessary travel.

It should be noted that since last February, the Mobile Office has been providing specialized information on housing, offering citizens advice on rental assistance, subsidies for the purchase of protected housing, refurbishment, occupancy certificates, rental housing registries, housing-related registers, and the declaration of stressed residential housing market areas, among other matters.

The Third Vice President and Regional Minister for Housing, Youth, and Migration Policies, Begoña Alfaro, recently visited this resource, highlighting the value of this service, which brings in-person assistance on housing-related issues of interest to residents in these towns, particularly in rural areas. During the visit, Alfaro was accompanied by the mayor of Alsasua, Javier Ollo, and the Director of Innovation, Communication, and Citizen Services at NASERTIC, Toya Bernad.

In addition to specific housing services, the Mobile Office—managed by the public company Nasertic—also helps resolve issues related to the regional administration, provides information on programs and grants, allows documents to be registered, and offers access to digital identification services, among other procedures.

This is also a fully accessible resource, equipped with a platform for people with reduced mobility, an induction loop system for deaf users, Braille signage, audio descriptions, and easy-to-read systems, thus ensuring inclusive service for all citizens.
