Navarre Employment Service (Servicio Navarro de Empleo – Nafar Lansare) Promotes and Strengthens Digital Skills Training with a New Training Programme

The Navarre Employment Service (Servicio Navarro de Empleo – Nafar Lansare) will offer new digital skills courses throughout 2026 and 2027 with the aim of boosting people's employability. The training will cover topics such as information and data literacy, digital content creation, cybersecurity, e-government and Artificial Intelligence. Registration to participate will be available from August through formacion.navarra.es.

The training offer will be delivered in different locations across the Chartered Community of Navarre and will be provided in person with a strong practical focus. Each course will consist of a total of 15 to 20 hours.

As a new feature in this edition, the courses will focus on and explore specific aspects of the areas of information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, security and problem solving in greater depth. Highly relevant workplace topics such as cybersecurity, e-government, the use of productivity tools and Artificial Intelligence will be addressed. These training activities, lasting between 15 and 20 hours, will complement the basic skills already acquired.

This initiative of the Navarre Employment Service (Servicio Navarro de Empleo – Nafar Lansare) will be implemented through the public company NASERTIC.


Nearly 5,000 people trained

Between 2022 and 2025, the Navarre Employment Service (Servicio Navarro de Empleo – Nafar Lansare) delivered a total of 553 digital skills training courses, with an investment of €2,194,600, attended by 4,880 people, 70% of whom were women.

These courses achieved a high level of satisfaction, receiving a score of 8.75 out of 10 from participants. In addition, 70% of participants indicated their intention to continue with this type of training.
